Heyyyy..it's another icon set from me and it's not been 6 months! ;)

I claimed Piper Halliwell using images just from season 4 at charmed20in20. The favorite episode used was Brain Drain. It is tied with Charmed Again Part 1 for my favorite from that season so I just flipped a coin over which one to use. I also decided to use caps of Piper being her snarky self for the artist's choice icons. :)

Charmed Again Part 1 is also one of my favourite episodes of season 4.
